Front of the face
STEP-01Cup your hands and place the palms over your eyes with your fingers extending toward the forehead.
Sides of the face
STEP-02Cup your hands and place one over each ear.
Back of the head
STEP-03Place your hands on the back of your head with your fingers pointing up.
Back of the head, alternate
STEP-04Place one hand over your forehead, fingers parallel to your eyebrows and the other hand on the back of your head, opposite the front hand.
Throat
STEP-05Cup your hands and place them on each side of your neck.
Heart
STEP-06Place your hands over your heart with your middle fingers pointing toward each other. Or your palm over each other.
Upper abdomen
STEP-07Place your hands over your upper stomach just below your chest with your middle fingers pointing toward each other.
Middle abdomen
STEP-08Place your hands on top of your stomach with your middle fingers pointing toward each other on top of your belly button.
Lower abdomen
STEP-09Make a V shape with your hands and place the base of your hands on top of your hip bones with your fingers extending along your pubic bone.
Lower abdomen, alt
STEP-10Place your left hand over your heart and your right hand on your stomach.
Upper back
STEP-11Place your hands over your shoulders with your fingers pointing to your back.
Middle back
STEP-12Place your hands on your middle back with your middle fingers pointing toward each other.
Lower back
STEP-13Place your hands on your lower back, across your waistline, with your middle fingers pointing toward each other.
Sacrum
STEP-14Reach around your back and place your hands over your sacrum.
